Ron Rudolph, age 65, is a photographer that shoots in both film and digital. He has photographed in the US, Canada, Mexico, and South America from water fowl to the indigenous peoples of the Andes Mountains. Ron endeavors to capture realism and personality in his subjects. A former Chicagoan, Ron is more recently enjoying photography in his own backyard. Near Memphis, TN, he currently photographs in his wife's flower and vegetable gardens. Ron has been a contributer to several nationally circulated magazines such as Ducks Unlimited Inc., the Awake!, Weekly Reader, and US Fish and Wildlife Service. He has also contributed to locally circulated magazines and calendars such as Arkansas Game and Fish. He has a permanent display at Ryerson Conservation Museum just outside of Chicago, IL. An exciting divergence is Ron's recent interest in classic car portraiture and architectural photography. Ever the artist at heart, Ron's sensitivity and creativity help him and us to see life and the things that make it in an enriching new light (some would call it H.D.R.). |
